How and Where to Make a Payment

在线: 登录到 WebRunner, click the student tab, select Student 账户 and click on "Make a Payment". 

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted. 没有额外的 fees are assessed for debit or credit card payments.

Checks and money orders, made payable to 博天堂官方, are accepted for the amount due only. Two-party checks will not be accepted. A $20 charge is assessed for returned checks.

授权用户

An 授权用户 is an individual (parent, guardian, or employer) whom an 博天堂官方 student has approved to make electronic payments on their behalf.

Student needs to invite the Authorized user through their WebRunner:

  • Click on the Student tab
  • Choose "Student 账户"
  • Click the "Click Here" box to make a payment or authorize another payer
  • Enroll your 授权用户 in the Touchnet Gateway in the My Profile Setup section

After the student sends the invite, the 授权用户 will receive an email invitation to enroll on the Touchnet gateway which can be accessed 24/7 using your email address and a password.

Authorized Payers should pay only the current balance due. Credit balances are refunded to the student unless payment was made by credit card, in which case, the card used 将被记入.

Completed disclosure authorizations should be submitted to registration for processing. Disclosure authorizations can also be completed through WebRunner. Click on Personal Information tab. Choose Update > Display Disclosure Information. Disclosure Authorization.

Agency or Company 支付

Arrangements for payment by an agency/company must be pre-approved by 博天堂官方 via a 付款授权.

Student is responsible to ensure that 付款授权s are on file at the time of registration and for payment of any unpaid charges and late fees. 避免迟到 charges, authorizations must be received by the late fee assessed date. 一旦注册, student can charge items, if specified in the authorization, from the 校园商店, prior to the term when a 付款授权 is on file.

An authorization is an agreement in which an agency/company assumes responsibility for payment of specified student charges. 它必须表明:

  • Authorized dollar amount per term for tuition/fees, books/supplies, etc.
  • Agency contact person, email, phone number, and billing address

学费 and other authorized charges will be billed to the agency/company after the 这学期的第六周. A $15 per student per term fee 会被评估. 如果机构 requests copies of bookstore receipts, an additional $15 per student per term fee 会被评估.

金融援助 will be applied toward any amount due 博天堂官方 before monies are released 学生. 金融援助 checks will be mailed or direct deposited bi-weekly beginning the second week of the term. Students can sign up for Direct Deposit on WebRunner.

Student assumes full responsibility for tuition and fees and will be charged late fees if 金融援助 is not disbursed prior to the late fee assessed 日期. 如果金融 Aid is denied or canceled, student remains responsible for all charges unless student withdraws during the refund period.

奖学金

Donors awarding scholarships should specify the following:

  • 学生的名字 and ID/SSN

  • Donor contact name, email, and phone number

奖学金 payable to 博天堂官方 should be received at the time of registration. 博天堂官方 does not bill for scholarships.

NOTE: Student assumes full responsibility for tuition and fees not covered by the 奖学金和 will be charged late fees if scholarship is not paid prior to late fee assessment 日期.

金融持有

The business office puts holds on your account when you have an overdue balance. 你 can ask to have the hold temporarily lifted, to allow you to register for an upcoming term by filling out the 金融控股上诉.
